"I’ve been eating this cereal for a long time and love it. I opened my box this morning and noticed as I began eating that it is not the same. The flakes are not as dense and not as yummy to me. I’m saddened by this change. Wondering what brought on this change."

"We ordered 12 bags of cereals for my 83-year-old ailing Mother; but they sent us cereals that have only 3 months of shelf life. Customer service agents ignored our request to replace the order with longer shelf life, and even said that we can just freeze them for longer use beyond the expiry dates. They show no understanding and concern for customers' heath, esp. for elders'."
