These Cereal Milk Popsicles will make you feel like a kid again. It’s creamy, comforting, organically sweetened, and tastes just like the milk at the bottom of a bowl of cereal. Such a classic and just 5 ingredients to make. The hardest part is waiting for them to freeze! 


Ingredients

  • 4 cups Nature’s Path Mesa Sunrise cereal
  • 3 cups non-dairy milk
  • ½ cup yogurt, dairy-free
  • 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ⅓ cup maple syrup

Directions

1. In a large bowl, combine the milk, yogurt, and vanilla extract. Whisk until well combined.

2. Add Mesa Sunrise Cereal to the milk and stir. Leave to steep for 15 minutes, then sieve out the cereal over a bowl.

3. Pour cereal milk into popsicle molds and insert popsicle sticks. Place in the freezer for at least 5 hours or overnight.

4. Once frozen, remove from popsicle mold and top with crushed Mesa Sunrise Cereal.
