Su nuevo refrigerio de verano favorito de todos los tiempos: mini tazas de fresa wonton. La combinación de yogurt tarta, cremosa y sin lácteos ahogada en una crujiente granola orgánica con una llovizna de agave: chef beso. Es ligero, afrutado, lleno de proteínas y simplemente delicioso. Dobla esos sabores en una linda Mini Summer Wonton Cup y estás en el cielo.

 

Ingredientes

  • 1 bag Love Crunch Dark Chocolate and Red Berries Granola
  • 2 cups dairy-free yogurt
  • 1-½ cups strawberries, thinly sliced
  • 12 2-inch round wonton wrappers
  • Agave, for drizzling
  • Freshmint, for garnish

Direcciones

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Lightly coat a muffin tin with nonstick spray.
  2. Fit a wonton wrapper into each of the muffin tins, pressing carefully to make sure there is an opening in the center.
  3. Place into the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  4. Fill each wonton with yogurt and top with fresh strawberries. Sprinkle over the granola and drizzle agave.
  5. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh mint, if desired.
