Ingredients:

  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup shaved almonds
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • ½ cup strawberry, sliced
  • ½ cup radish, sliced
  • ½ cup cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup oranges, diced
  • 4 dates, sliced
  • 1 beet, sliced
  • 1 cup Nature’s Path No Added Sugar Mixed Berry Granola
  • Red Onion Balsamic Vinaigrette

    • 1 cup olive oil
    • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
    • ¼ cup agave syrup
    • ¼ red onion
    • 2 tsp Dijon mustard

Directions:

Place all vinaigrette ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Set aside.

Prepare two mason jars by pouring ½ cup of vinaigrette into the bottoms of each. Layer the rest of the ingredients into the two jars, ensuring the spinach sits at the top.
