Vegan Keto Breakfast Cookie

Craving something sweet while on the keto diet? These low-carb, high-fat protein-packed bites make a healthy snack at home or on-the-go.

  • ½ cup nut butter
  • ¼ cup keto sweetener such as monk fruit or Stevia
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 tbsp chia seed (mix with 3 tbsp water and leave in fridge to set)
  • ½ cup Nature’s Path Ketola Crunch Organic Granola


Preheat Oven to 350˚F.

Prepare keto cookie base by placing nut butter, sweetener, chia seed mixture and baking soda in a bowl. Mix in Ketola Granola until fully combined.

Use an ice cream scoop to create balls of dough, placing them on a parchment-lined baking tray. Bake in oven for 10-12 minutes, depending on the size of your cookies.

Remove from oven and allow to cool in the tray before transferring to wire rack.
