• 1 ½ cups raw hazelnuts
  • 3 – 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 ½ – 2 tbsp cocoa
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp non-dairy milk
  • A few drops of pure vanilla (optional)
  • Pinch of sea salt


  1. Add raw hazelnuts to a food processor or high-speed blender and process or blend on high. Pause and scrape down the sides to redistribute the mixture as needed. Process until the hazelnut butter is nearly smooth.
  2. Add the maple syrup, cocoa, coconut oil, non-dairy milk, vanilla (if using), and salt. Process/blend until the nut butter is smooth and fully mixed. Taste and adjust the flavor and sweetness with cocoa and/or maple syrup (optional).
  3. Store in refrigerator.
