Tropical Coconut Chia Pudding

Start your day off right with the goodness of chia and the sunny colors of tropical fruits and acai berries.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (14 oz/398 mL) coconut milk
  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ¼ cup acai puree
  • 1 cup Nature’s Path Coconut Chia Granola
  • 1 kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
  • ½ cup mango slices
  • ½ cup pineapple chunks

Directions:

  1. Whisk together coconut milk, chia seeds and honey; cover and refrigerate for about 8 hours or overnight.
  2. Stir in acai purée. Spoon into bowls; top with granola, kiwi, mango and pineapple.
