Summer Strawberry Smoothie Bowl

This smoothie bowl says summer all around! Imagine a creamy strawberry base resembling a frothy milkshake, topped with seasonal summer fruits – Best way to start those sunny mornings!

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup Hemp Hearts Granola
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • ¾ cup coconut yogurt
  • ¼ cup coconut milk
  • Optional garnishes: strawberries, blueberries, figs, hemp hearts

Directions:

  1. Place the frozen strawberries, coconut yogurt, and coconut milk into a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Add coconut milk by the tablespoon if it is too thick for your liking
  2. Pour into a bowl and top with Hemp Hearts Granola and toppings of your choice
