Smoky White Bean Dip

Bring a smoke-roasted element to your chip with this Smokey White Bean dip. With chipotle peppers, garlic and cilantro, your guests will be hungry for more.

  • 3.5 cups


  • 4 cups cannellini bean, drained and rinsed
  • ½ cup cilantro
  • 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce (spicy!)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • Que Pasa Blue Corn Chips


  1. Place beans, cilantro, chipotle pepper and garlic in a food processor; pulse until finely chopped.
  2. Add oil, lime juice, cumin and salt. Puree, adding up to 1/3 cup water, until smooth. Adjust salt to taste.
  3. Serve with Que Pasa Blue Corn Chips
