- 3 tbsp Vegan cream cheese
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tbsp Agave syrup
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 16-18 slices of bread
- 2 cups Rhino Rolls cereal
1. Carefully cut off crusts and roll each slice of bread flat with a rolling pin
2. In a small bowl combine vegan cream cheese, cinnamon, and agave syrup until full combined. Spread evenly on each slice of bread and roll up.
3. In a large bowl, combine coconut milk, vanilla extract, and cornstarch.
4. Blend the EnviroKidz Rhino Rolls cereal into a fine dust. Pour out on plate.
5. Dip each roll into milk mixture and then roll in cereal dust.
6. Pan fry in an oiled skillet until golden brown on each side.
