• 3 packages Brown Sugar Maple Oatmeal
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup applesauce, sugar-free
  • ⅓ cup liquid honey
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil, preferably coconut oil
  • ¼ cup milk or milk alternative
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries


  1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Butter or spray with non-stick spray a loaf pan (around 8″ x 4″).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together oatmeal, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add applesauce, honey, oil, and milk – mix with a spoon or spatula until just blended. Add raspberries and mix until just combined, being careful not to crush raspberries.
  3. Transfer batter to prepared pan and bake for 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into bread.
