Pumped Up Muesli Chia Pudding

  • 1 ½ cups oat milk (or alternative milk of your choice)
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • ½ apple grated
  • 2 tbsp Gluten Free Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp dried cherries


  • Frozen cherries
  • Qi’a Original Chia, Buckwheat & Hemp Cereal
  • Extra pumpkin seeds


  1. Whisk ingredients together vigorously.
  2. Cover and place in the fridge for an hour.
  3. Stir to break up any clumps, eat or store overnight in the fridge.
