Toast your bread, and when it comes out, immediately spread one piece with almond butter. With a knife on a cutting board, cut the ears out of the second piece of toast, and spread almond butter on those, too. Carefully place Choco Chimps for eyes, nose and mouth, and around the ears, then sprinkle coconut chips carefully around the Choco Chimps.
