Overnight Apple Cinnamon Bircher Muesli

Prepare this healthy bircher muesli the night before, and wake up with a super quick and tasty breakfast the next morning!

  • 2 packets Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal
  • 4 pitted dates, chopped
  • 2 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp chopped walnuts
  • 2 cups non-dairy milk
  • 1 apple, peeled and grated


  1. In a bowl, empty the Apple Cinnamon Hot Oatmeal packets. Stir in the dates, hemp, chia seeds, and walnuts. Add the non-dairy milk and apple and stir again. Refrigerate overnight.
  2. In the morning, divide the bircher muesli between two or three bowls and serve. Alternatively, scoop into mason jars for a breakfast to go.
