No-Bake Spiced Cheesecake Bars

Creamy organic cheesecake on a crunchy Coconut Chia Granola crust – a decadently healthy holiday treat. Topped with freshly grated orange zest for a burst of flavour.

  • 2 cups Nature’s Path Chia Plus™ Coconut Chia Granola
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 2 pkg (250 g) brick style plain cream cheese
  • ¾ cup plain Stonyfield Organic Low Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
  • ⅔ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tsp finely grated orange zest (approx.)


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Line a 9-inch square metal baking pan with parchment paper; set aside.
  3. Add granola to a food processor and pulse until finely ground.
  4. Add brown sugar and butter; pulse until combined.
  5. Press crumb mixture into prepared pan.
  6. Bake until firm about 12 minutes.
  7. Cool completely.
  8. Meanwhile, with electric beaters, beat cream cheese with yogurt, sweetened condensed milk and orange zest until smooth.
  9. Spread mixture over crust; smooth top.
  10. Refrigerate for 6 or up to 24 hours or until firm.
  11. Garnish with extra orange zest, if desired.
  12. Cut into bars and serve.
