Keto Cereal Milk Popsicles

Beat the summer heat with these keto-friendly cereal milk popsicles. The secret to their deliciously subtle cinnamon toast and chocolate crunch? Our two NEW Keto Cereals.

In a blender place the coconut milk, almond milk, and sweetener, and blend until frothy. Pour 1½ cups of the milk mixture into a liquid measuring cup and add the vanilla extract plus ½ cup of crushed Cinnamon Toast Keto Cereal.

In the blender, add the cocoa powder to the remaining milk mixture and blend. Once fully combined pour into a second measuring cup and mix in the ½ cup of crushed Chocolate Keto Cereal.

Pour the Cinnamon Toast milk mixture into six popsicle molds and the Chocolate Keto Cereal mixture into another six molds. Sprinkle the extra crushed cereal over the tops of all 12 molds. Freeze for two to eight hours or until completely frozen.

Place the keto dark chocolate and coconut oil in a small bowl and use a double-boiler to melt the two ingredients, stirring to combine. Dip the ice cream popsicles in the chocolate and place in the freezer until ready to serve.
