Ingredients:

  • ½ cup blackberries
  • ½ cup chopped strawberries
  • 1 orange, peeled and white pith removed
  • ½ tsp chlorophyll
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup milk or milk alternative
  • 1 cup, plus 1 tbsp plain Greek yogurt or dairy-free alternative
  • ice cubes for blending
  • ½ cup cold water
  • ½ cup Gorilla Munch cereal
  • vegan sprinkles made with all natural food colouring (optional)

Directions:

  1. Blend blackberries with 1/2 cup of milk and 1/2 cup of yogurt until smooth. Set aside and clean out blender.
  2. Blend strawberries with 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 cup of yogurt until smooth. Set aside and clean out blender.
  3. Blend orange with 1/2 cup of ice cubes and 1/2 cup of cold water until smooth. Place in a small bowl and mix with chia seeds. Set aside.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together 1 tablespoon of Greek yogurt and chlorophyll together. Set aside.
  5. Using a tall glass or a mason jar, place blackberry puree on the bottom. Using a spoon, drip chlorophyll mixture down the sides of the glass/jar. Top with strawberry mixture. Top with orange chia seed mixture. Top smoothie with cereal and sprinkles (if using).
