Dragon Fruit Smoothie Bowl

This twist on the usual smoothie bowl is easy, healthy, and delicious. Winter may be coming, but this tropical dragon fruit smoothie bowl will bring you back to summer.

  • ½ cup Qi’a Coconut Chia Superflakes
  • 1 Dragon Fruit, peeled and roughly chopped (about 2 cups)
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup coconut milk, canned
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • Optional garnishes: cut kiwi, chia seeds, or dragon fruit pieces.


  1. Place dragon fruit, raspberries, mango, coconut milk, and maple syrup into a blender and blend on high until smooth.
  2. Pour into a bowl and top with Coconut Chia Superflakes (and any additional garnishes if desired)
