Creamy Peanut Butter Clusters

These chocolate-drizzled creamy peanut butter clusters are naturally sweetened and ready to devour in 30 minutes or less. Keep ‘em in the freezer for a vegan dessert that’s easy to enjoy any day of the week!

  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ⅓ cup melted coconut oil
  • ¼ cup coconut cream
  • ⅓ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp pure vanilla
  • 4 cups Rice Puffs
  • ½ cup (100g) chopped dark chocolate, for drizzle


  1. In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, melted coconut oil, coconut cream, maple syrup, and vanilla. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Stir in Rice Puffs, mixing until cereal is completely coated.
  3. Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Chill in freezer.
  4. Melt dark chocolate in a double boiler. Drizzle chocolate over peanut butter clusters.
  5. Chill to harden chocolate and store in refrigerator.
