Coconut Mango Smoothie Bowl

  • ½ cup Turmeric Flakes
  • 2 small mangos, peeled and roughly chopped
  • ¼ tsp dried ground turmeric (or ⅛ tsp grated fresh)
  • 1 small organic carrot, scrubbed clean and roughly chopped
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)


  1. Place mango pieces, turmeric, carrot, banana, coconut milk, and honey in a blender and blend on high until completely smooth.
  2. Pour smoothie into a bowl and top with Turmeric Flakes.
