• 4 frozen bananas, chopped into chunks
  • 2 tbsp agave nectar
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • ¼ tsp pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch sea salt
  • ¼ cup chopped dark chocolate, plus more for topping
  • Peanut Butter Granola, for topping


  1. In a high-speed blender, combine the frozen banana, agave nectar, peanut butter, vanilla, and salt. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, pausing to mix (or use a tamper if your blender is equipped with one), as needed.
  2. Stir in the chocolate chunks.
  3. If necessary, transfer banana nice cream to freezer and chill until firm.
  4. Scoop chilled nice cream into a bowl and top with a sprinkle of chopped dark chocolate and Nature’s Path Peanut Butter Granola.
