Chocolate Energy Bites with Hemp Hearts Granola

  • 2 cups Nature’s Path Hemp Hearts Granola
  • 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted
  • ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • Pinch salt
  • ½ cup unsweetened desiccated coconut, toasted


  1. Add granola to food processor; pulse until coarsely ground. Transfer to bowl; set aside.
  2. Add dates to food processor; purée until only small bits remain.
  3. Add ground granola, cocoa powder, coconut oil and salt; pulse until combined.
  4. Return to bowl; stir in coconut.
  5. Scoop mixture into 2 tablespoonful portions.
  6. Roll into balls.
  7. Transfer to parchment paper­–lined tray; refrigerate for 30 minutes or until firm.
