• 1 ¾ cup water
  • 1 cup Nature’s Path Organic Quick Oats
  • 2 tbsp minced fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ cup cooked chickpeas


  1. Combine water and oats in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium and simmer for 1 minute, stirring occasionally, until desired texture is achieved.
  2. Stir in the parsley, tahini, lemon juice, and salt. Remove from heat and scoop into a large bowl or divide into two small bowls. Top with chickpeas and serve.
