• 3 frozen bananas
  • ½ cup canned coconut cream (full fat if you have it!)
  • Pinch Cardamom
  • Pinch dried ginger
  • Pinch cinnamon
  • Freshly brewed organic coffee or espresso
  • Nature’s Path Coconut Chia Granola


  1. In a high speed blender combine bananas, coconut cream and spices.
  2. Blend until consistency of ice cream (if too soft you may freeze again after blending).
  3. Scoop into glass or bowl and top with coffee/ espresso immediately upon serving.
  4. Finish with a sprinkle of coconut chia granola.
