- 3 frozen bananas
- ½ cup canned coconut cream (full fat if you have it!)
- Pinch Cardamom
- Pinch dried ginger
- Pinch cinnamon
- Freshly brewed organic coffee or espresso
- Nature’s Path Coconut Chia Granola
- In a high speed blender combine bananas, coconut cream and spices.
- Blend until consistency of ice cream (if too soft you may freeze again after blending).
- Scoop into glass or bowl and top with coffee/ espresso immediately upon serving.
- Finish with a sprinkle of coconut chia granola.
