  • 1 ½ cups almond milk
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground cardamom
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Sauteed Apples

  • 1-2 apples peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tbsp cinnamon

Toppings (optional)

  1. To make the sauteed apples, place the ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook for 5-10 minutes. (Depending on the type of apple you use, you may have more of a compote. We’ve used granny smith here – which remain firm when cooked).
  2. Set apples aside to cool.
  3. Whisk chia pudding ingredients together vigorously. Cover and place in the fridge for an hour. Stir to break up any clumps. (Can be stored overnight)
  4. Serve with the apples and pecans. Layer with Pumpkin Flax granola for extra crunch.
