Are you planning an epic Easter Egg Hunt for your kiddos? Whip up a batch of this pastel-hued trail mix to fuel the family on the big day!

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups EnviroKidz Turtle Splash
  • 16 oz white chocolate
  • 2 cups icing sugar
  • 3 tbsp rainbow sprinkles
  • ½ cup vegan Jelly Beans
  • ½ cup chocolate mini eggs (optional)
  • ½ cup vegan hard candies
  • ¼ cup fancy sprinkles

Directions:

  1. Use a double boiler over medium heat to melt the white chocolate, stirring until smooth. In a large bowl, mix Envirokidz Turtle Splash cereal and rainbow sprinkles. Pour white chocolate over cereal mix and stir until cereal is completely coated.
  2. In a reusable Ziplock bag, add the icing sugar and chocolate-covered cereal. Close the zipper, leaving enough air inside so that the bag is puffed up like a balloon. Shake the bag, coating the chocolate cereal with the icing sugar.
  3. Once coated, carefully open the bag and add the assortment of candies and fancy sprinkles. Shake gently, mixing candies with cereal.
  4. Pour mixture into a serving bowl and top with more sprinkles. Enjoy!
