Blueberry Banana Hemp Granola Parfait

It’s often said that we eat first with our eyes, a perfect case for serving breakfast as a simply prepared, layered parfait. What a beautiful way to start the day, especially with the bonus of complete protein provided by the hemp granola.

  • 2 servings


  • 1 cup Plain Yogurt
  • 1 to 2 tbsp. Honey
  • ¼ tsp. Ground Cinnamon
  • ⅛ tsp. Ground Cardamom (optional)
  • 1 Medium Banana, sliced
  • 1 cup Nature’s Path Hemp Plus Granola (+ extra for topping)
  • 1 cup Fresh or Frozen Blueberries (+ extra for topping)


  1. In a bowl, combine yogurt, honey to taste, cinnamon, and cardamom (if using). Gently stir in banana slices, reserving 4 for garnish.
  2. In bottoms of two glasses, place a 1/4 cup layer of blueberries. Layer 1/4 cup granola on top and spoon 1/4 cup yogurt on that. Repeat with a second layer of each.
  3. Top with a touch of granola, a few blueberries and a couple slices of banana.
