Banana Nice Cream with Love Crunch Crumble

Frozen bananas are a great alternative to making an ice cream that will only feel indulgent.

  • 6 bananas, cut into chunks and frozen
  • 1 vanilla bean, scraped

Love Crunch Crumble:


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.
  2. Toss together granola, pistachios and butter. Spread onto prepared pan. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes or until crisp; let cool completely.
  3. Meanwhile, in food processor, pulse bananas and vanilla until smooth; transfer to bowls. Sprinkle with Love Crunch Crumble.
  4. Serve immediately.

Tip: Serve with raspberries, blackberries or strawberries if desired.
