Ingredients:

  • 1 banana, mashed with a fork
  • ⅓ cup all-natural peanut (or almond) butter
  • ⅓ cup apple sauce
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • handful chocolate chips
  • 1 cup EnviroKidz Koala Crisp Cereal

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 and prep a cookie sheet by greasing with coconut oil.
  2. In a large bowl combine the mashed banana, peanut (or almond) butter, apple sauce, quick oats and chocolate chips.
  3. Fold the Koala Crisp cereal in last – just before putting into the oven.
  4. Scoop up batter using a tablespoon to make small dollops on the cookie sheet.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, let cool and then serve.
