As summer fades, it's time to warm up the system with fall flavours of cinnamon, ginger, and turmeric. Sweetened with local, immune supportive honey, this superfood smoothie feels more like a decadent dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 2 sliced and peeled oranges
  • 500g almond milk
  • 2 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1 tbsp fresh grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp honey (or substitute maple syrup / agave if vegan)
  • 1 tsp fresh grated turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground turmeric

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
  2. Enjoy straight away or pack it in your favourite mason for when you’re on the go!
