We love overnight oats because it's a healthy yet easy and convenient way to make sure we don't skip out on breakfast. Firstly, oats are a great option if you're looking for a nutrient boost, because they:
- Have a well-balanced nutrient composition (carbs, fiber, fat, and proteins)
- Contain more protein compared with other grains (5g per serving)
- Are a great source of fiber, which is helpful if you want to feel fuller longer
- Are filled with important vitamins, minerals and antioxidant plant compounds which may help lower blood pressure levels.

Easy Vanilla Chia Overnight Oats recipe:
Ingredients:
1 packet
Nature's Path Original Oatmeal
2/3 cup of your choice of milk (we love almond milk!)
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
2 tbsp
Qi'a Superfood Topper
1 tbsp agave syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
Small handful of berries to top
Directions:
Mix the first 6 ingredients together and store in an airtight container in the fridge overnight. Before eating in the morning, top with your favorite berries and enjoy!
