We love overnight oats because it’s a healthy yet easy and convenient way to make sure we don’t skip out on breakfast. Firstly, oats are a great option if you’re looking for a nutrient boost, because they:
- Have a well-balanced nutrient composition (carbs, fiber, fat, and proteins)
- Contain more protein compared with other grains (5g per serving)
- Are a great source of fiber, which is helpful if you want to feel fuller longer
- Are filled with important vitamins, minerals and antioxidant plant compounds which may help lower blood pressure levels.
And the beauty of overnight oats is that you can do all the work at night so you don’t have to think about what to eat in the morning. Having something healthy, that’s ready to eat in the morning means you’re much more likely to start the day right.

Mix the first 6 ingredients together and store in an airtight container in the fridge overnight. Before eating in the morning, top with your favorite berries and enjoy!
