Unicorn Yogurt Dip

Unicorn Yogurt Dip

Did your kids go crazy for our Healthy Unicorn Smoothie? Try this magical and healthy snack for kids next!

Ingredients

  • 3-4 blackberries, squeezed over a fine mesh sieve, solids seta aside and juices kept in a bowl.
  • 1 tsp freeze-dried raspberry or strawberry powder
  • 1 tsp freeze-dried passion fruit or fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 1 cup thick Greek yogurt, or non-dairy yogurt alternative (separated 1/3 cups)
  • 1/2 cup Leapin' Lemurs cereal
  • vegan sprinkles made with all natural food colouring (optional)
  • various pieces of cut up fruit for dipping with cereal

Directions

  1. Mix together blackberry juice with 1/3 cup yogurt. Set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl mix together freeze-dried berry powder and 1/3 yogurt. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl mix together freeze-dried passion fruit powder or orange juice with the last 1/3 cup of yogurt.
  4. Place all 3 coloured yogurts in a larger bowl and using a chopstick or a butter knife run it around the bowl slightly blending the colours. Sprinkle with vegan all natural coloured sprinkles if desired.
  5. Serve with cereal and fruit.
