• 3 bananas, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1 small mango, peeled and roughly chopped
  • ¼ cup chopped pineapple
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup Gorilla Munch Cereal
  • Optional toppings:
    • ¼ cup Gorilla Munch
    • 1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
    • lime zest


  1. Place banana and mango pieces in an airtight container and freeze for at least 6-8 hours.
  2. Remove from freezer and blend in a blender or food processor with pineapple on high until an ice cream consistency is reached.
  3. Transfer to a bowl and mix with Gorilla Munch Cereal.
  4. Serve immediately with additional Gorilla Munch, unsweetened shredded coconut and lime zest, if desired.
