Place banana, mango, and coconut milk in a blender and mix until fully combined.

While the ingredients are blending, toast the coconut in a frying pan until browned. Add the toasted coconut and granola to the coconut milk mixture and blend, taking care to not overmix.

Pour Tropical Macaroon Nice Cream into a loaf tin or a glass tray and freeze for 2-3 hours.
