Three Bean Chilli Skillet

Warm up with a Three Bean Chilli Skillet – easy to share, even easier to enjoy. Add more spice if you’re feeling adventurous!

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp each cumin, oregano flakes and chili powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cups three bean blend, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup tomato paste
  • Chopped cilantro
  • Que Pasa Unsalted Corn Tortilla Chips


  1. Cook onion in a skillet over medium heat with oil, cumin, oregano, chili powder and salt until softened. Stir in beans, diced tomatoes and tomato paste.
  2. Simmer for 15 minutes until thick. Adjust salt to taste. Sprinkle with cilantro. Serve with Que Pasa Unsalted Tortilla Chips.
