Sweet Potato Dip

Serve warm or cold, this sweet potato dip is delightfully smooth. You can add more spice if you prefer your dip hot!

Serves 3 cups

Ingredients:

2 baked sweet potatoes
½ cup cilantro
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp lime juice
1 ½ tsp each cumin and chili powder
¾ tsp salt

Directions:

Scoop cooked potato flesh into a food processor.
Add cilantro, almond milk, lime juice, cumin, chili powder and salt.
Pulse until very smooth.
Adjust salt to taste.
