Ruby Red Nice Cream

Craving a sweet treat minus the major calories? Make a date with your blender to whip up this batch of “Nice Cream”, made with frozen fruits, bananas, and our Dark Chocolate Macaroon Granola.

  • 3 frozen bananas
  • 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp beetroot powder (optional)
  • ½ cup Love Crunch Dark Chocolate Macaroon Granola


Place all ingredients into a food processor or high-powered blender. Pulse until a *smooth ice cream base forms.

Pour into a loaf pan and mix in ¼ cup of the Dark Chocolate Macaroon Love Crunch granola. Spread evenly in the loaf pan and sprinkle with more granola.

Allow ice cream to chill in the freezer for 1 -2 hours. Serve immediately.

Grab a spoon and indulge!

*Note: It might take some time for all of the frozen ingredients to blend together, so add more liquid and stir the ice cream mixture until blended well.
