Pineapple Salsa

Fresh, citrusy and simple - this pineapple salsa screams summer! Enjoy on its own as a dip or add to tacos and burgers for a burst of flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh pineapple, diced
  • 1 cup green pepper, diced
  • 2 roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, rough chopped
  • 1 teaspoon agave nectar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Que Pasa Thin & Crispy Sea Salt Tortilla Chips

Directions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together agave, lime juice, cumin, and salt.
  2. Combine pineapple, green pepper, tomato, and cilantro in a medium size bowl.
  3. Pour in the agave lime sauce and toss to combine.
  4. Transfer to fridge to chill or serve immediately with Que Pasa tortilla chips. Enjoy!
