Lay out a sheet of wax paper to place the pretzel rods on. On a flat plate or tray, spread the Panda Puffs out in an even layer for easy dipping.
Now, place a 1/2 cup of chocolate chips in a heat-safe bowl. Melt them in the microwave in 30 second bursts, stirring in between, until it is mostly melted. Add the other half of the chocolate chips and stir until smooth.
Take your pretzel rods and quickly dip the top third into the chocolate. Carefully roll them in the cereal, and place on the wax paper.
Once you have finished all of the pretzel rods, melt the peanut butter in a microwave safe bowl, stirring occasionally until it is melted. Add the coconut oil to make it smooth and runny. Drizzle over the pretzel rods for a fun finish!
