In a parfait dish or mason jar, put 1/3 cup of yogurt at the bottom. Take half of the diced banana and carefully arrange it around the edge of the dish. Put 1/4 cup of Peanut Butter Panda Puffs in the middle of the banana pieces. Layer the rest of the yogurt over Panda Puffs, then top with the rest of the banana and cereal.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips (in 30 second increments, stirring between each). Add the coconut oil, and stir until smooth and runny. Add more coconut oil if necessary.
Drizzle chocolate over the top for a beautiful and tasty finish. Enjoy!
