Ingredients:

1 small papaya (or ½  a large papaya), diced

1 tbsp cilantro, minced

1 lime, juiced

4 tomatoes, diced

½ white onion, diced

2 tsp salt

hot sauce to taste

1 bag Que Pasa Ancient Grain Chips

Directions:

Add all the ingredients into a bowl and season to taste.
