Maple & Spiced Peach Oatmeal Bowl

A hearty oatmeal topped with peach slices, almonds, and spiced using cinnamon sticks & ginger for a perfect breakfast bowl.

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F/218°C. In a loaf pan, toss peaches with maple syrup. Add cinnamon sticks and ginger. Top with dots of butter. Bake for 20-25 minutes (until peaches soften and look translucent.)
  2. Top steel cut oatmeal with baked peaches and a sprinkle of almonds.
