Healthy Vegan Funfetti Frosting Dunk ‘Ems

Make Vegan Funfetti Frosting Dunk ‘Ems for a healthier sweet snack or dessert for kids. This funfetti frosting is cashew-based, so no dairy is needed. It’s the perfect sweet dip for Sunrise Breakfast Biscuits, apple slices, or strawberries.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cashews, soaked overnight
  • ⅓ cup of canned full-fat coconut cream
  • ¼ cup cane sugar
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • ¼ tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 4 tbsp sprinkles
  • Nature’s Path Organic Sunrise Breakfast Biscuits OR sliced apples or strawberries

Directions:

  1. In a high-speed blender, add soaked cashews, coconut cream, cane sugar, coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Blend on high, pausing to scrape down the sides of the blender as needed, until smooth and creamy
  2. Chill for two hours
  3. Stir in sprinkles
  4. Serve as a dip for Sunrise Breakfast Biscuits, sliced apples, or strawberries
