Healthy Holiday Fudge

Healthy Holiday Fudge
  • Chill Time: 140 Minutes
  • Serving Size: 1/2" - 3/4" fudge in a loaf pan or 1" fudge in 2 mini loaf pans
  • Gluten Free
  • Vegan

This healthy take on a holiday classic treat is great for adults and kids alike!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unrefined coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup Koala Crisp Cereal

Directions

  1. Line a loaf pan(s) with wax paper.
  2. Combine all ingredients (except the Koala Crisp Cereal) in a small saucepan, and heat until smooth. Remove from heat, and pour into lined loaf pan(s).
  3. Gently tap on the counter to remove any bubbles. Refrigerate for 20 minutes, or until mostly set, then sprinkle cereal across the top.
  4. Refrigerate for another 2 hours, until set. Keep refrigerated. Enjoy!
