Edamame Guac

Ingredients:

1 cup edamame beans

2 avocados

2 tbsp cilantro, minced

½ red onion, sliced

2 limes, juiced

salt & pepper to taste

1 bag QP Thin and Crispy Lime Tortilla Chips

Directions:

In a blender, pulse the edamame and onion until fully combined.

Place edamame paste in a bowl with the avocados and the lime juice. Using the back of a fork, gently mix the ingredients together.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Serve with Que Pasa Thin and Crispy Lime Tortilla Chips.
