Decadent Love Crunch Parfait

Layers of rich, creamy chocolate, tangy raspberries, and the sweet crunch of organic Love Crunch granola. These parfaits are the perfect tempting treat.

  • ½ cup coconut milk (full fat)
  • 100g good quality bittersweet (70%) chocolate, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 2 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup Nature’s Path Love Crunch Dark Chocolate & Red Berries Cereal


  1. Heat coconut milk in small saucepan set over medium heat until it starts to simmer.
  2. Pour over chopped chocolate.
  3. Let stand for 1 minute then whisk until smooth.
  4. Stir in coconut oil.
  5. Cool at room temperature for 30 minutes or until thickened but still pourable.
  6. In each serving glass layer 1 tbsp cereal with 5 raspberries and 1 tbsp chocolate.
  7. Repeat layers once.
  8. Garnish with more cereal.
