Chocolate Macaroon Chia Pudding

Turn your favourite macaroon flavour into an easy yet decadent breakfast treat.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup non dairy milk
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ⅓ cup shredded coconut
  • Nature’s Path Love Crunch Dark Chocolate Macaroon granola, for topping

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients, except the granola, in a bowl and stir to combine.
  2. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
  3. Top with granola and serve.
