Breakfast Parfait Pops with Hemp Hearts Granola

Celebrate summer with these breakfast parfait pops, combining greek yogurt, berries, the highly nutritious power of hemp seeds and deliciousness of Hemp Hearts Granola.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ¼ cups Stonyfield Organic Plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 tsp finely grated lemon zest
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • ½ cup finely chopped strawberries
  • ½ cup quartered raspberries
  • ⅔ cup Nature’s Path Hemp Hearts Granola

Directions:

  1. Stir together yogurt, almond milk, 3 tbsp of the honey, lemon zest and vanilla; set aside.
  2. Toss strawberries and raspberries with remaining honey until well combined; let stand for 5 minutes.
  3. Add spoonful of yogurt mixture to each of ten 1/3-cup ice pop molds.
  4. Top with heaping spoonful of berry mixture, then spoonful of granola mixture, gently patting down each layer with spoon.
  5. Repeat layers until molds are filled, ending with berry mixture.
  6. Tap molds to remove any air bubbles.
  7. Place wooden stick down the center of each pop.
  8. Freeze for 4 to 6 hours or until firm.
