Blueberry Banana Chia Seed Pudding

A mix of ripe mashed banana and non-dairy milk plumps up the chia seeds in this nutritious chia seed pudding. A topping of crumbled Blueberry & Chia Sunrise Breakfast Biscuits, sliced banana, fresh blueberries, and pumpkin seeds adds plenty of texture and a sweet pop of flavor!

Chia Seed Pudding



  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the Qi’a cereal, non-dairy milk (any variety will do), mashed banana, organic cane sugar, vanilla, and salt. Stir or shake well, ensuring there are no lumps of Qi’a cereal sticking together.
  2. Stir in the blueberries before refrigerating the chia seed pudding overnight (or for a minimum of 2 hours – longer chilling time will ensure that the Qi’a cereal has absorbed all the liquid.)
  3. Stir and add a splash of non-dairy milk if the texture is too thick for your liking. Top chia seed pudding with crumbled Blueberry & Chia Sunrise Breakfast Biscuits, fresh blueberries, sliced banana, and a sprinkle of pumpkin seeds.
